The challenge
The client's PHP/Laravel and Vue.js application had severe performance issues and had become impossible to maintain. Every business change needed a developer, and the team could not reliably manage customers, orders, inventory, billing and accounting.
What we built
We mapped every business process into a clear specification, then rebuilt the whole stack: a mobile-first React + Ant Design interface with reporting dashboards, a Node.js/Express REST API with Prisma ORM and JWT role-based access, a normalized MySQL schema with dynamic configuration, and Docker-based deployment on the client's VPS. The client saw progress every week through updates, a live staging site and sprint reviews.
