OpenInterview.me: Hiring Platform

The challenge
The founders had an unstable prototype that could not safely take payments or handle real users. Candidates needed a fast way to turn a resume into a recruiter-ready profile, and the business needed dependable billing.
What we built
We rebuilt it into a production platform with a validated Express API (Zod), Stripe payments with an idempotent flow, social login, JWT sessions, Cloudinary media, ICS calendar interview scheduling, and a LangChain + OpenAI assistant that turns resumes into shareable profiles.
Results
- Rescued from prototype to production, now live at openinterview.me
- Idempotent Stripe payment flow, so nobody is charged twice
- The AI assistant, social login and interview scheduling all live in one product
