The challenge
The incumbent vendor abandoned support and left the hospital running on an unmaintained system that its staff depended on every day. Any downtime would directly affect patient care.

Emergency rescue
The vendor had walked away from the hospital. We rebuilt the essential workflows as a desktop application, ran it in parallel with the old system and cut over one department at a time. Patient care wasn't disrupted for a single day.

Multi-branch web ERP
Once things were stable, we built a web ERP that does more and bends more easily: complete procurement, IPD, a detailed lab module, multi-branch operations and a clinic edition. Core workflows run 95% faster, and it has fully replaced the desktop app.
